§ 1 Definitions
For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1. the Administrator (“ADO”) – the company Wygodny Rower Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 8 Smolna Street, lok. 8.15, 00-375 in Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001121108; NIP: 5253013538; REGON; 529393458; with share capital: PLN 5,000.00, paid in full.
2. Website – the website available at https://wygodnyrower.pl or subdomains to it.
3. User – any entity that uses the Site.
§ 2 Personal Data
(1) The User may provide his/her personal data to the Administrator through forms available on the Site, such as the newsletter subscription form and electronic product order form.
(2) Data provided to the Administrator as part of the service form are processed in order to check the status of the equipment being serviced in the online system and to schedule a bicycle service appointment.
(3) Data provided to the Administrator within the framework of the service card are processed in order to send the User information regarding the equipment under repair.
(4) Data provided to the Administrator within the framework of the rental card are processed for the purpose of contacting the User and for possible claims for damage or failure to return the equipment.
(5) The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided to him.
(6) Provision of data is always voluntary, but necessary for the User to take the action for which the form is intended.
(7) Personal data shall be processed with due care and adequately protected from access by unauthorized persons.
(8) The user shall have the following rights:
– The right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
– The right to object to processing,
– the right to data portability,
– The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent,
– The right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator
§ 3 Cookies
1 The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User’s terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s data communications system.
(2) The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s terminal device and then accesses the information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure proper operation of the Site.
(3) The Administrator hereby informs the User that it is possible to configure the Internet browser in such a way as to prevent the storage of cookies on the User’s final device. In such a situation, the use of the Site by the User may be hindered.
4. the Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been stored by the Administrator, through the appropriate functions of the Internet browser, programs used for this purpose or by using the appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.
§ 4 Other technologies
The Administrator hereby informs the User that it uses the following technologies to track the actions taken by the User on the Site:
– Facebook conversion pixel – in order to manage Facebook ads and conduct remarketing activities,
– Google Analytics tracking code – in order to analyze the statistics of the Site.
§ 5 Server Logs
(1) Use of the Site involves sending requests to the server on which the Site is stored.
(2) Each query directed to the server is recorded in server logs. The logs include, among other things, the User’s IP address, the date and time of the server, information about the Internet browser and the operating system used by the User.
(3) Logs are saved and stored on the server.
4) The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific persons using the Site and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
(5) Server logs are only ancillary material used to administer the Site, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to administer the server.
