§1 Definitions
For the purposes of this policy, the following definitions apply:

§2 Personal Data

Data submitted through the service form is processed to allow the User to check the status of their serviced equipment online and to schedule a visit at the bike service center.

Data submitted through the service card is processed to send updates to the User regarding their equipment under repair.

Data provided in the rental form is processed to contact the User and, if necessary, pursue claims for damages or non-returned equipment.
